Bamboo Red Dragon Incense Holder

Made from bamboo sawdust and a resin hardener this very cool incense burner has been hand sculpted and placed on a piece of bamboo. The Red dragon is also hand painted and has an acrylic lacquer coating.

We do a high quality process with our incense burners . After the Bamboo tree comes into our warehouse it is cut to it's appropriate length, skinned and holes are drilled in the bottom and top to allow air flow for the incense to burn properly.After this time these now tubes undergo a 24 hour fumigation process.

 After a required amount of drying process these bamboo base tubes are then sanded down to a smooth finish following,this the tubes receive a double nontoxic sealant coating .

Following this procedure the artisans hand make the sculpture on on the tube in a 6 step process.which takes approximately 5-7 days as each step requires at least one day for time to cure.

Once the the sculpture has cured and dried , a base color is applied and the painters begin to do there magic with the acrylic paints .One more nontoxic sealant coating is applied prior to the final nontoxic acrylic lacquer . These applications not only enhances the quality of the look but also enables it to become a strong product that is sure to last a long time .

Light the incense stick and watch the smoke come out of the dragon's mouth. This is a 2 piece item; the bamboo pole with the dragon and the base. A unique home décor piece and great for gift!
