There are no molds used at all to produce this stunning sculpture , if you look closely at the dragon scales they are the size of a smaller size finger , yes that's right ! The artisans ball up a piece of the wood powder paste ,push it down with their finger and swipe it downward and repeating this process and using a sharp metal tool to add the fine details in the scales prior to it hardening.

The production of a dragon alone is a 7 step process as each step requires a cure time before being able to proceed with the next step . In all we have 6 step process which goes into producing this product with the above mentioned just being just one of the six.

A wood treatment , water base lacquer, acrylic dry brush hand painted method with a urethane finish coating for a terrific look.

This Single Dragon is 10 inches in length and is mounted on the circumference of the teak wood keeping the cut of the grain exposed.
